                This patient portal gives you convenient, secure access to online health services.  If you sign up, you will be able to:        

 

• Send a non-urgent secure message to your Care Team.   
• Request appointment times, medication refills and referrals.
• Review your contact information.
• View parts of your medical record - including lab test results, allergies, medications and medical history.

Before you can register for the patient portal, you will need a PIN number, which you must request in person at Families First Health Center.
